Bemidji Clubhouse School Year Program Details

Ages served: Youth must be currently entering grades 1-12. Youth must have completed and passed kindergarten and be 6 years old to attend.
Duration of Membership: Membership begins on September 2, the first day of the school year, and continues until June 3, the last day of the school year.
Hours of operation:
Grades 1-3: Monday-Friday, 2:30-6 p.m.
Grades 4-12: Monday-Friday, 2:30-7 p.m.
Early Out Dates: The Club will open early to serve registered youth.
Closures: The Club follows ISD#31’s schedule and will be closed when the school is closed.
Membership fee: This program’s fees are covered by a grant; families do not pay a cost.
Transportation: ISD#31 offers transportation to the Club for select schools: Gene Dillon, Bemidji Middle, Bemidji High, Schoolcraft, TrekNorth, Voyageurs, and Aurora. The Club will be contracting a bus for students at Horace May and Lincoln Elementary. All other schools can inquire with the ISD#31 transportation office for availability, otherwise, families will be required to provide transport to the Club.
Registration: All youth must register to attend. This includes a mandatory family registration event prior to attending the Club and additional paperwork.
Waiting list: If the Club reaches membership capacity, it will begin a waiting list. If your child is placed on a waitlist, the Club will notify you if a spot becomes available.
