Rent Facilities

Our kids use our Clubhouse facilities very well, but when they are not in use by the kids then the Clubhouse is available for rent to the public. School year usage will be limited to outside program hours of 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm Monday through Friday and Summer usage will be limited to outside program hours of 7:00 am – 6:00 pm  Monday through Friday.

Staffed hours at the Clubhouse are 8:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday through Friday. Rentals outside of staffed hours will be dependent on staff availability.


Facilities


  • Gymnasium – 11,800 Square Feet Featuring 4 full basketball and volleyball courts.
  • Community Room – With or without the use of the commercial kitchen.
  • Game Rooms

Please read the Facility Use Policy & Procedures before filling out the Facility Use Application.

  1. Fill out Application
  2. Send Application to rentals@nullbgcbemidji.org
  3. Facility Use Agreement will be emailed to the email provided on the application.
  4. Review Agreement closely.
  5. Sign and return to Kristine with Certificate of Liability.
  6. $200 damage deposit due 15 days before rental date.
  7. Rental Fee in Agreement due on the rental date.
