The Club van plays a vital role in helping us serve more kids, more safely, every single day. It provides after-school transportation from selected schools to ensure children arrive at the Club safely and ready to learn and grow. (Transportation services may vary from year to year based on need.)
Beyond daily after-school routes, our van transports small groups for educational outings, off-site programming, volunteer opportunities in the community, and special trips that broaden kids’ experiences and connect them to the world around them.
When not on the road, the van is typically parked on the southeast side of the Club, providing visible exposure along Paul Bunyan Drive.
Hours on the road: An average of 25 hours per month, equating to approximately 37 business days per year — and continuing to grow with expanded services.
In 2025, due to the continued growth of our programs, we added a second van to expand our reach and better serve families in our community. With the addition of our new Blackduck Branch, our transportation needs have grown significantly. We now make trips to Blackduck weekly to support programming, staff collaboration, and shared opportunities between branches.
We are currently seeking additional sponsors to support this important resource. Our goal is to have the second van professionally wrapped by May 2026, creating an additional moving billboard that highlights the businesses and partners who help drive our mission forward.
