An Evening of Love for our Kids – Annual Gala

Our annual Gala celebrates the milestones of the previous year, including highlights from Club members, parents, and volunteers who care about youth in our community. The evening features a reception, silent auction, games and dinner followed by a program, live auction and a fundraising challenge to support the Club’s mission.
This event helps fund a variety of Club services, including homework assistance, healthy after-school snacks, transportation from school to the Club, mentors, time in the gym, physical fitness challenges, time in the art room and access to technology and STEM activities. Donors also help provide children with opportunities to volunteer, garden, spend time with staff and learn how to avoid harmful behaviors such as bullying and drug and alcohol use.
Event planners are Chad Harding, gala chair, Jillian Baudeck, Sue Engel, Sharon Fruetel, Briana Nupdal, Amanda Nelson, Marla Patrias, Kelly Sommerville, Ashley Stevens, and Tiffany Vickaryous.
Event tickets are available for purchase starting January 6, 2020:
- Early Bird event ticket – $95 from January 6 through 24
- Regular event ticket – $120 from January 25 through February 14
- 5:00 p.m. – Reception, silent auction, wine wall and diamond raffle
- 6:30 p.m. – Dinner with dessert served by Club members
- 7:15 p.m. – Silent auction closes and program begins
